Out of the box, Odoo never learns what Mailgun knows. Hard bounces, spam complaints and unsubscribes are processed by Mailgun but never flow back, so every mailing shows bounced = 0, dead addresses get re-mailed forever, and your sending reputation quietly erodes. This connector closes the loop.

Suppression backfill
One click (or a nightly cron) pulls Mailgun's existing bounce, complaint and unsubscribe lists via the API and mirrors them into your blacklist, cleaning historical blind spots.

Full event log, no double-counting
Every event is recorded for audit, but only deliverability events mutate state. Opens are logged, never double-counted against Odoo's own tracking pixel. Idempotent and safe to retry.
